Before You Buy

The weight limits for Floorbit flooring are found below:

  • Synchrowood 8mm - 300kg
  • Synchrowood 12mm - 600kg
  • Floorbit 5mm - 200kg
  • Ultraboden 8.5mm - 500kg
  • Waterblock 6mm - 300kg
  • Waterblock Pro 8.6mm - 500kg
  • Waterblock Pro 12.6mm Herringbone - 1000kg

If the subfloor is prepared with Floorbit Underlay, and the subfloor is flat (no unevenness greater than 2mm over the length of 1 metre), the weight limit for each flooring is increased by 50% respectively.

While our flooring have been designed to withstand even higher loads, we arrived at these recommended weight limits after rigorous testing to identify the optimal weight.

Orders & Payment

Need help placing your order on the Floorbit Online Store? Follow these steps to purchase items you’ve put in your cart.

1. Review your bag

Once you’re ready to order, select the View Cart link in the upper right of any page on the Floorbit Online Store to review all of the items you’ve placed in your cart. From here, you can increase or decrease the quantity you want to purchase. 

When you’re ready to buy the items in your cart, select the Check Out button.

2. Enter billing and shipping information

In order to process your order, we’ll need you to enter both your billing address and shipping address. Your billing address and shipping address should match the information on your credit/debit card account. All your items will be shipped to the shipping address you designate.

3. Select a payment method

To find out what Payment methods are accepted, visit the Orders & Payment section of online Support. Make sure that your payment method matches the billing information you have entered and that you include the appropriate security code for a credit or debit card.

4. Complete checkout

Once we have all your item, billing, shipping and payment information, you’re ready to complete checkout. Review your order and personal information to ensure it’s accurate, and when you’re ready to purchase, select the Pay Now button.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll take you to a Thank You page that will contain a summary of your order, including your Order Number. Please print this page for your files. We’ll also send you an Order Confirmation email once your order has been processed. You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email as each of your items is shipped.

Select the items you want to order and add them to your cart. On the right-hand side of the page, you will find a summary of the items in your cart. Review your cart and click the Check Out button. You will be able to make changes to your billing and shipping address. If you are happy with your shopping cart, click the Pay Now button. Please note: Do not log out of the page or use the return button while Floorbit is authorising your Payment as this can result in order duplication. Once the system has completed the checkout, you will receive an email containing your order details.

We accept credit/debit card, Google Pay, online banking (FPX), e-wallet, bank deposit, and cash payment (including cheque). If you need help completing your order, please reach out to our customer service via our Contact page.

The Floorbit Store uses the TLS (Transport Layer Security) industry standard, the highest level of security available today for web-secured applications, and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.

We’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

To ensure safe delivery, most shipments require a signature on delivery. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery Support page for your options if you are unavailable to provide a signature.

I have not received my order acknowledgement or shipment notification email

Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already be on its way to you. As a result, we recommend double-checking your order details at checkout. However, you can still reach out to our customer service via our Contact page. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships. If you would like further assistance with your order, please contact customer service on 012-851 1678.

Shipping & Delivery

Floorbit sells and ships products to customers within Malaysia. Floorbit products are also available through our authorised distributors nationwide.

To ensure that you receive an authentic product and the best possible experience, we strongly encourage you to purchase your flooring directly from our official website or distributors.

Floorbit only ship to the ground floor of residential or commercial addresses. Floorbit does not deliver to PO box addresses. If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to our customer service directly after placing your order.

Shopping outside Malaysia

If you would like to purchase Floorbit products from outside Malaysia, please reach out to our customer service.

Standard delivery to end-user customers is free for all orders above RM10,000. Delivery options available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during checkout. Items ship as they become available.

The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping to end-user customers for all orders above RM10,000.

Our warehouse is based in Kuching, Sarawak. Subject to stock availability, orders usually take 1 business day to be processed and are delivered within 2-4 business days. Last-mile delivery may be transferred to third-party carriers.

* Exceptions apply for particularly distant or less accessible locations.

** Floorbit will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

  1. Floorbit and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery but the carrier may contact you ahead of the delivery attempt.
  2. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before eventually returning the shipment to Floorbit.
  3. Once your order is being prepared to ship or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
  4. You may contact the Floorbit directly to reschedule a delivery.

We want to make sure you receive your purchase. This is why all our orders need a signature upon delivery to ensure they’re safely delivered.

To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, we do not recommend that you remove the signature requirement. However, if you wish to go ahead and remove it, you may still contact our customer service via our Contact page for further assistance.

Due to the size and weight of some of our parcels, couriers may not be able to deliver the parcel to your doorstep if your apartment is located above the ground floor and your building is without an elevator and does not have direct lift access.

While we’d love to offer this option, our products and packaging are very bulky and heavy, so we’re unable to deliver them to PO box addresses and pick-up shops. However, if you require assistance with shipping, please reach out to us via our Contact page, and we will do our best to help.

We’ll send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email before coming to the Floorbit Warehouse or Synchrowood Fulfillment Centre.

To pick up your items, you will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID.
